功能characteristics：
◆常温下测量的参数parameters measured under normal temperature:
   放大倍数β(0~99)
   开关时间switching time t (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间including tr，ts，tf
    饱和压降vces(0~2v)，正向压降vbe(0~2v)
   漏电流leakage current iceo(0.1μa~3ma)
    耐压withstand voltage bvceo(50v~650v)
◆高温下测量的参数parameters measured under high temperature: β, vbe, iceo
◆对比常温和高温下的两次测量结果，对β、vbe、iceo三项参数变化量超过一定范围的管子以声光报警，予以剔除
    compare the results of β, vbe, iceomeasured in normal and high temperature, the selector will alarm to those 
    variations exceed the preset limits so that operators can pick them out
◆对t、β进行分档，可显示批号；对vces、vbe、iceo、bvceo及热敏参数进行超限判断，不合格的声光报警，并指示不合格项
    pre-set grouping values for t & β, selector can display group number and alarm when measured values  of vces,
    vbe, iceoand bvceoexceed the limits, meanwhile indicating the unqualified item
◆测试条件可按要求自由调节或设定freely adjusting or setting of test conditions according to requirement
    a. β测试β testing: ib注入电流有三档three different ib current: 0.1ma, 1ma, 10ma
    b.开关时间测试switching time test:  ic 电流有四档4 different ic current: 0.5a, 0.25a, 0.1a, 0.05a
                                                                       对应ib电流为the corresponding current ib: 0.1a, 0.05a, 0.02a, 0.01a
    c.对晶体管加热条件heating condition for transistor:
   加热电压heating voltage: 5~20v     连续可调continuously adjustable
   加热时间heating time: 0~9.9s         连续可调continuously adjustable
◆分档、超限判断可自由设定，掉电自动保存，仪器能够同时保存20组数据，使用时只要调出其中一组即可
